Natural Honey

 

The crème de la crème, the pièce de résistance; The Bee’s Knees Honey is called that for a reason.  Every mouthful of pure deliciousness is collected from the local Wiltshire countryside by our clever little bees.  Did you know it takes 12 bees their whole working lives to collect a teaspoonful of honey between them? That’s thousands of bees and lots of trips to flowers to make a whole jarful!

Honey lasts for ages kept at room temperature (never refrigerate it!), although over time it may crystallise. Don’t worry, this is completely normal and is the sign of a natural, raw product.

As we are a small operation and our honey is harvested seasonally, there may be times when some of our products are out of stock.  Sorry about that and please don’t give up on us – drop us an email and we’ll let you know as soon as we have some more!
