Food Hygiene Rating

This rating means that we have been assessed by the Local Authority’s Food & Safety Team via a Self Assessment Questionnaire (SAQ). We are exempt from receiving a specific rating because the Officer didn’t carry out an actual inspection.  All businesses that are assessed via SAQ are rated in this way and it is only if the answers fulfil the legal requirements and regulations, that this Exempt rating is given.
